Hi everyone,
had appeal to a PCN parking ticket, but had no reply back from them, not even a POPLA code, but they have sent me another letter with increase amount fee. what shall i do?

So you write to them saying it us now well past the date for an answer to your appeal and your are therefore assuming that it has been accepted by default
