The above case was an issue relating to Hague Convention matters in regards to the abduction of a child from outside England. The issue was related to serving of court papers to a litigant where their first language was not English. They received papers for their case on the morning of the case and the court is advising 3 days prior to the case to allow the other person to be able to read the papers pertinent to the case. It relates to Human Rights: Rights to a fair trial.
