I have to admit that this judgement which might be subject to appeal is one of the most comprehensive analysis that I have read in terms of the case law and the manner in which the case is judge. Rarely do I think that this judgement, whilst being the cruelest ones that British courts can make in severing the family ties against the wishes of the mother, is so well put together by a judge.
