Probation giving unlawful licence conditions

hi

I have recently been released from custody and have been given a set of licence conditions and a SOPO that clearly goes against court of appeal judgements.

after contacting a lawyer and being told he was shocked and we would definately win the case , but it would cost circa 6-8k im unsure what to do.

any advice?
