Charges for unpaid Direct Debits and standing orders
- If a Direct Debit or standing order is due and there is not enough money in your account, the Bank will stop the payment.
- On each day that the Bank stops the payment or payments, an Unpaid Transaction Fee of £8 (maximum per account per day) will be taken from your account.
- We may decide to cancel permanently some or all of your Direct Debits or standing orders if you don't ensure that there is enough money in your account when they are due to be paid. If we do this, we'll write to you and let you know.
