Hi all,
After some advice! Cabot have offered me £50 compensation for sending Resolve-A-Call, before they had responded to my dispute, PSB.
My question is should I accept it or do I reject it and ask for more? Why are they offering me compensation, have they done some illegal? It’s not about the money but the fact that they keep doing this to people using scaremongering tactics, I feel I should fight it and teach them a lesson. or do I accept and just move on? Where do I stand legally if I did fight it?
