Hi legalbeagals
February this year my property was damaged by a neighbour firing a crossbow. Police were called and even though they witnessed the on going incident and subsequently arrested 2 people along with retrieving the crossbow there was apparently no forensic evidence and the police could not ascertain as to who discharged the weapon so no further action was taken. I want to take this to the money claims court but neither the council or the Land Lord are willing to release the tenants details. Is anyone who can advise yon how to get the justice I believe I deserve. Thanks in advance.
