  • Claim Form from Civil National Business Centre

    Good morning,

To anyone who can help with this matter, i would please like some advice on how to proceed forward.

I wasn’t the driver at the time the PCN was issued, it was my father, as most people do in these situations i have ignored the letters(i know, dumb move), now it has come to this point and would like to know if it is possible to contact them and tell them that my father was the driver and pass on his details or is it too late at this stage.

Do not do that , if they do not know the driver .
Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (PoFA). PoFA clearly stipulates that a creditor may not make a claim against the keeper of a vehicle for more than the amount of the unpaid parking charges as they stood when the notice to the owner was issued. The original Parking Charge Notice (PCN) issued by the claimant cannot have been for more than £100.

is the ntk you received complaint
