CEL County Court Claim

Help please,

today received CC Claim for £352.69

i have had several prior claims and ignored them, this goes back to 23/07/2015. I don't even know where exactly this was supposed to be.
Wright hassall were the last claimants they haven't furnished me with exact location of car park or signage, although two para graphs on how ZZPS manage car parks for land owners! When I asked for breakdown of charges of £236 it was made up of PCN (no copy supplied although requested) of £140 was £100 originally ZZPS £60, SOlicitors £36
now with interest £277.69 Court Fees £25 and legal representative £50 totally £352.69, a lot of money when you don't know exactly what's it's for.

I dont want to go to Court but don't want to pay £352.69 either. Help please!

Do they know the identity of the drive? Yes or No.

Acknowledge the claim online using the details provided on the form. This gives you 33 days from the date of issue to get a defence to the court.

If they are using POFA to claim from the keeper then the maximum they can claim from the keeper is the amount on the NTK, in your case it seems to be £100. As this will go to the small claims court then they cannot claim legal costs, apart from the £50 that is listed on the claim form.

CEL seem to be having a field day at the moment. Go to the Pepipoo forums and search for recent CEL defences and modify one to suit your circumstances.
