    County court business centre and restons

    Hi
    i have received 2 Variation Orders dated 3 days apart for a debt i am willing to pay but these variation orders are for different monthly amounts. One is £75 per month and one is £40 ( which is the amount i offered to pay). Logging onto my account page with Restons they are asking for the higher amount. Which one do i pay?

    I'd give the court a call and check with them as you shouldn't have had two for the same case, terribly confusing !

      The one dated later is for £40 per month. I have tried all day to ring the court with no luck
