After not hearing from Mackenzie hall, the company that I made several attempts to get a realistic payment plan for my lending stream debt for over a year. I've suddenly had a letter from Asset collections and investigations limited stating they now own the debt. Great I thought its a debt that's played on my mind despite being told by a mortgage advisor surely they would still be chasing me if I owed it and it not being on my credit file. At least now I know the situation and can organise a payment plan, not great timing a month before going on maternity leave though. I go to their website, can't log into it as I need a pin number that is not stated anywhere on the letter. Try emailing them but both email addresses I found come back as undelivered. Really don't want to call the number as I don't want to be bullied into a unrealistic payment plan and the lack of a legit email address makes me question how legit this company are.
