  • Advice needed

Morning - I took my tenant to small claims court for not complying with the lease. I lost the case on a technicality and was told by the Judge to pay her travelling expenses and car park which amounted to around £170 odd, however after I left the court room I realised that on her witness statement she said she lived in Truro (which is where the case was heard) yet she was claiming travel to and from Bath, I wrote to the court and her solicitor immediately. This was 7 weeks ago and I have had no further contact from any party. Yesterday I had a letter from her solicitor telling me to pay the "sums awarded otherwise enforcement proceedings will be instigated" - I do not know who to pay, how or where. My question is should the court order have been sent to me in writing from the court telling me to pay £X, by X to X...?

Looking forward to hearing your reply and thanks in advance.
