Lowell dept company have sent me a letter thereting balifs

Hi iv been reciving letters from lowell about a debt that i owe. i am not able to pay the dept as the moment i am struggling to make enough money just keep food in thecubord. The last letter that i have recived has theatened to send baliffs to my house.
this is have a very negative effect on me. i suffer with depression and anxirty. these letters along with my situation has caused me to become rreclucive and very down and ive had to try and seek profonal help from concillors and the doctors. As much as they help the letters i recive have me contacntly on edge all time that somone is gonna take what eever i have.
i really dunno what to do so if anyone has any advice on how to tackle this. i dont what else to do.im at wits end

Hi Chucky - Sorry your post was missed, I hope you are ok?
Do you feel that the letters have worsened your health?
Are you managing to keep working and where are you at with your doctors? Are they changing your medication or suggesting any therapy?

Are there other life issues which are impacting you?

On the letters themselves, I cannot personally recall a time when Lowell sent bailiffs round, it is a bit of a hollow threat but is often used with the threat of court action because technically if they do get a court judgment against you, they could use bailiffs then to enforce but once again, not something to worry about. You don't mention a court claim, can you let us know what the letters are saying please?
