PPI Santander not upheld

Hi all
I have just received my first letter from Santander advising my claim is not upheld. Sounds like I might expect a few more of these but since I believe the PPI was mis sold I shall have to keep trying!
It also sounds like they are still sending out the same letters assuming things and hiding behind non advised sales!

So any advice would be gratefully received, I have read posts from 2014 but not sure if I need to do anything different now?

What are your reasons for saying you were missold ? ( eg. were you self employed at the time so the policy wouldn't have covered you? was it added without your knowledge ? etc )
