I wonder if someone can give me some information & help?
We live in an (owned) end terraced house. The house to our right is rented by a nice elderly lady. She has been asking her landlord to repair the front gutter as it has been leaking into her property & causing damp. Being a terrace all the guttering is one long length of the same size along the terrace.
Today the contractors arrived to do the repair. They have replaced the gutter with a smaller size across her property but rather than cut it to the width of her property they have joined it & left it overhanging on to ours by approximately 18" (they have cut 18" of our guttering away to do this). As it is not the same size it looks a bit of an eyesore!
Just wondering what peoples thoughts are on this & what my options are?
