Hello.
Recently I received a County Court Letter from Northampton Court from Shoosmiths on behalf of an old but not statute barred debt.
Received the County Court Letter on the 3rd August.
Acknowledged the service on 8th August.
Sent CCA to Cabot immediately and CPR to solicitor with request for CCA attached.
29th August received response from Shoosmiths saying they have forwarded the request to their client and will contact me further when they have responded, still no response to Cabot for my CCA request.
So question is whether I file a defence saying I havent received any of the POC or CCA or ask for more time while I wait for the documents to be sent.
