Would very much appreciate any help and advice.
I have requested these from Cabot.
They have not provided them.
Their Claim concerns Credit Card.
Are these relevant?
Can they be requested from a Debt Purchaser?
Can a firm issue a Claim when it is unauthorised at the time?
Please help
