Hi am new today on this forum legal beagles so just a quick hello to you all smudge256

Am looking for advice on secured debt one not on credit file one is saying its closed and of credit report in November this year does this mean the secured debt is state barred or is it still payable advice please

As it is a secured debt I think the limitations may well be 12 years but I stand to be corrected

Has the account been sold from one provider to another and is it the original that is saying closed

When did you last make a payment to the account and who was it with?

The one has been removed not on credit file and that was with welcome finance the other is with Blackhorse and is said it will be of my credit file November this year it says closed last payment was November 2011 and yes it's been sold on to a company called cobart thanks for your reply
