  • Hello! - Vehicle Finance Question..

Hi everyone! found this great forum and lots of great advice via a guide.

I have a question on my vehicle finance.

I currently have a Volvo from Evans halshaw on PCP and im 21 months into a 60-month contract.

The car is at the point its needing repairs such as a new clutch and timing belt (just hit the garage schedule) and dpf which all cost a lot (more than the cars worth) and instead of fixing I've been looking at paying x amount to get to halfway mark on my amount to repay to do a voluntary termination.

Now the car is in good condition. runs and drives fine with a few minor scratches here and there but over all very well kept.
It's been serviced as needs be and hasn't gone over the milage agreed with the finance company.
However, i don't want to pay all these extra repairs that are coming up.

if I do a voluntary termination on the vehicle would the repairs come against me and I would be charged anyway?

Any advice would be great. Many thanks.
