  • Unfixable fault car in warranty

    Hi please can someone help?
I purchased a car in July 2015. Had it about month and had omissions error, garage fixed and said all ok. I have now had this same fault a further 8 times and each time I'm told this is the ultimate fix. This has not worked and now they tell me Sweden is working on a software fix. Basically it's unfixable! I've also had numerous other faults, my car seems like it was built on Friday afternoon!, I've been in correspondence with Volvo who have said they will give me a small amount for another car. The dealers who have done all the fixes say my car is unsalable! I trusted them each time they said it was fixed and in hindsight I should've kicked up a storm earlier. But now I've had enough what can I do! thank youForgot to say I have it in writing from manufacturers that the last fix was the ultimate fix. Plus it's still in warranty until September.
