  • Second Notice of CCJ Arrears

Hi all I'm new to this so will just post info that I have received:-

Today 12th of July 2017 I received a letter from Lowell Solicitors, claiming it is the Second Notice of CCJ Arrears - £750.00
The letter shows the client as being Lowell Portfolio Ltd.
The letter shows an arrears of £750.00 plus a balance of £2119.39
They are basically demanding an immediate payment of the arrears and an offer to pay off the arrears.
The original company name shows Halifax ( Credit Card) I assume this to be who held the original debt.
A number of queries arise from this as :-

    1) I haven't had A Halifax account for several years and was under the impression I had paid them off
    2) I have moved 5 times in the last 7 years mainly for work and have never received any original Court documents
    3) I have not received the First CCJ Arrears notice
    4) Lowells have provided no supporting documentation to back up their claim

I'll be honest and admit I don't know what to do. Any helpful advice will be greatly appreciated
