  • CCA/terms and conditions

    Hi,

Would be grateful for your advices regarding CCA/terms and conditions. Capquest (debt bought by Arrow,) have sent me a copy of the agreement for an Egg loan taken out in 2002. This does show interest details, amount of and date for payments. However there is also reference to clauses 6,7,8,9,10 and, on the back of the copy direct debit form also sent, clauses 20 and 21 so there must be at least 21 clauses relating to the agreement and which have not been sent.
Capquest have stated that what they have sent is "sufficient" but to comply fully with my CCA request are they obliged to send all the actual clauses/conditions or could the details on the agreement be deemed as compliant?

    Hi striker

They not only have to send complete Terms & Conditions of the original agreement, but also any variations to the T&Cs during the 'life' of the agreement.
