Does anyone have the email address of Mark Robson who is supposed to be the person who deals with Vulnerable people? Yet their enquiries staff refuse point blank to divulge this? I spent over 25 minutes on the phone and they were obstructive beyond belief! I spoke to the SRA and they said this needs to be reported, even though this is not a solicitor it does breach the code of practice. I have his direct phone no, but surprise surprise, when it does get through, it states your in a queue and are 1st in the queue, forever it seems!

I have just sent you an email on the same matter from your contact message- I hadn't seen this at that point. I don't recognise the name, but I know there used to be a gentleman who was very good at B W but he left some time ago and, as it isn't my area, I don't know what his replacement ( if there was one) is like. I'll find out what I can and come back to you as soon as I can.

It would be helpful if you find any paperwork that he may have completed too.I would have expected that active cases would be dealt with rather than just left? Thank you for replying. I sent all the documents in god faith, it is imperative that the docs are returned immediately as their last letter was rec'd at the end of May - I will need the information to ensure they action this. The lady I am assisting is unable to deal with any of it. It is most disconcerting to see someone who is so vulnerable be left high and dry in this way. I truly hope that there is a record of the actions taken and that the contact email can be provided. The SRA are going to investigate on this. BW legal because it is very likely that they are in Breach of Principle under the SRA's Code of Conduct.
