  • Voluntary termination of PCP QUESTION PLEWSE HELP

Hi I hope somebody can help me.

i voluntary terminated my mercedes 6 months ago, the car was under the contracted mileage, The termination met all of the necessary criteria, there was no damage in fact the car was in excellent condition. I had the car for 3 years of a 4 year contract and I had the car serviced twice. However I have received a bill for £950 for not servicing the car 3 times ( 1 per year) as outlined in the contract.

is this legal? I thought I was not subject to any additional charges through a VT.

surely the lack of one service will not devalue the car by £950?

I have not not had a lot of joy speaking directly with Mercedes and now I have received a debt collectors letter stating they will issue court proceedings by the 14th July if I do not pay the £950
