PCP returned vehicle

Hi,

In March 2015 I returned my Skoda after a 3 year PCP deal. No arrears, everything was fine. Last week (after over 2 years) I got a letter asking for £325 to cover alleged 'damage' What should I do? Pay it? Ignore it or offer a small sum in full and final settlement??
