Statute Barred - last payment dispute

Hi,

I have a debt that I believe to be statute barred. They have prvided a payment breakdown and are showing a random payment of £1.00 paid by bank giro credit in 2012. I do not believe I made this payment. Can anyone advise how I go about getting evidence fom them?

The debt was originally RBS and is now with Arrow Global Limited who bought it.

So have they also produced details of the bank doing the transfer and the account number.

write to them and state payment not known - & request proof of date paid by whom and thru which bank etc, poss phantom payment demand proof.


did you ecer send a CCA1974 request for copu credit card agreement etc?
