  • Welcome Finance - repaying loan

I am trying to finally repay my Welcome Finance Loan after a lot of money and payments

They offered me a discount for clearing the loan early, although when I have pushed for something is writing from them I have been provided with many differing figures and months left of my agreement and different answers every time I speak to someone.

Finally they have emailed with the reduced amount to repay but have asked me to sign a document to state that we will not challenge any overpayments or PPI charges and the reduction is based on us signing this agreement.

I thought that the reduction was due to them wanting to clear their loans asap.

Is this a standard request these days? Or is my mistrust in this lender justified??

    Thank you for any advice...

    In my opinion yes!
    Don't trust them one bit.
    Never give up, Never surrender.
