  • Tenancy Agreement

    hello ALL

I need your opinions and advice.

I am have signed a short hold tenancy agreement. Before I signed, a housing officer had made an error and signed the same tenancy agreement with another applicant.
The officer upon realising his error withhold the other persons short hold tenancy agreement. On the grounds that I was in the number 1 position and the other being in the number 2 position.

Can the guy in number 2 position sue me or the housing officer and take property from me?

Is the housing officer right, if he withdrew my tenancy agreement and give it number 2, after a legal threat from number 2?

The tenancy agreement start in future.

    Thank you
