Delay in sending out Documents regarding signature

I have received a county court papers which i have responded to requesting the consumer credit agreement letter, But I have now received a letter plus my PO stating it is not my signature, and to send a letter of authorizing the person to deal with my letter
What should i send back to them as there is a time limit which i have extended to 28 days
