I've received an order from Vanquis via Restons Solicitors for a debt for 1394.93. The date on the claim is for 6/2012. I may have had a credit card with vanquis many years before that. But I have not had any dealings with Vanquis for years, definitely not 2012.
There is a chance that I may be liable to pay them something from this old cc arraears.
Should i admit to the debt and fill in the personal expenses form to arrange a monthly payment...and if i do, are they likely to accept a payment of 10 pounds a month?
