Re: ccj claim from Lowell solicitors but I do not know what the debt is for, help ple

so an update and further advice needed. Lowell have sent me a letter today acknowledging receipt of my letter requesting a copy of the agreement. All they have said in this letter is the account was formally Orange as I suspected.originated Jan 2011 and defaulted 29 march according to them. They then say my last payment was July 2nd 2013 for 10 pounds. Now I have been on my credit report as I did have a debt with orange but paid it. Just checked that was settled April 2013, I used to pay 10 per month for this debut untill it was settled obviously. The amount they claim I owe (198) has never had one single payment. I can of course prove that my old orange account was settled. Someone please help I dont know how to respond
