    Hi Nem,

    Can you advise me the date for my defence the AOS was the 24/04/2017 would this be 14 days or 28 days?

    Just need some help with the defence.

          Thank you for the information much appreciated.

          Can you advise me about the date as I sent the AOS and was told this started from the 24/04/2017 so would that be 28 days from this date?

                Claim issue date + 5 days for post (regardless of the actual date you received it) + 14 days allowed to acknowledge + a further 14 days to submit a defence once acknowledged.
                5+14+14=33 days from issue date.
