Face to face meeting with Bank

Hi

Sorry for vague title not quite sure what to call it. I have a number of financial queries with HSBC. PPI is part of it but the whole package is really what I want to present to them.
HSBC offer a face to face meeting, has anyone done this I just get the feeling they would try to be unhelpful. The only other solution I think is to go to a solicitor and put my case so to speak. If I am going down the wrong track please let me know.

it's hard to say anything unless you can say more about what the other queries are. You certainly don't need a solicitor to handle a PPI claim.
