    Urgent help required - Arrow Global

    Morning

    Ive received a Notice of Application for Attachment of Earnings Order, from the judgement creditor, ARROW GLOBAL LIMITED.

    I have never received notification that this was going to Court nor have I received any information of what the money is owed for.

    Yes I have received a number of letters from Arrow Global and DRYDENS LIMITED, who I believe are the solicitors acting on behalf of Arrow, but again no details of what the money was owed for.

    What do I do next?

    Any help is required.

    Hi Stu-1970 & welcome to LB

    If the court claim form was sent to the wrong address (or, for some reason, not sent, period) & you have a valid defence to the claim, you could apply for a set-aside of judgment.
