  • Equita Notice of enforcement

    Hi all,

I am fighting a PPI claims company as they billed me for half of the sum that I was entitled to, this has been on going since last year. Now I receive this notice from Equita bailiffs saying that they have a high court writ and they will attend my home to take away goods. My question is this,

Do they have the right and can they just use a locksmith to come into my home.
When tried to call they would not answer my questions just kept on saying that you have till the end of this week to pay (£7796.71)
I am 63 and semi retired my wife is disabled and I am at the end of my tether over this.

The complaint against EMC Advisory Services is that they never told me that I could do all this my self, just kept hounding me to sign up for themselves.

    so what are my options??????

    Foolish, yes,
