  • To which address to send a complaint against a county court

I would like to know which is the current address to send a complaint to the Ministry of Justice against a county court

    I have heard

“Correspondence and Litigation Team (CCL) Team”

But I have heard also of

    “Complaint Handling and Enquiries Team”

    I have heard also of

    “Customer Service Team”

I would like to know also if the address is still 102 Petty France London SW1H 9AJ

    Hi Register,
Here's the Gov link what to do where there are complaints about HMCTS (HM Courts & Tribunal Service)
    https://www.gov.uk/government/organi...ints-procedure
I am a qualified solicitor and am happy to try and assist informally, where needed.

Any posts I make on LegalBeagles are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as legal advice. Any practical advice I give is without liability. I do not represent people on the forum.

If in doubt you should always seek professional face to face legal advice.
