Notice Period - Stated correctly in my contract?

Hi All,

In my current contract my notice period is stated as "as current". This refers to my previous role that I had within the same company.

My question is should the notice section of any contract clearly state the length of notice that has to be provided. Is stating "as current" sufficient, clear and a fair way of stating a person notice period?

Any help & guidance will greatly be appreciated.
