reconstituted agrements and ppi question
Hi i had a claim made against me in the county court i settled out of court
Im just wondering when i received documentation that was sent by the claimant ie agreement as proof of claim it is reconstiuted
I have just noticed that in the agreement it states i will be issued with a credit card and ppi
Here is my question
I dont ever recall asking for ppi so as the debt was bought by a DCA who made the claim for a ccj as they say they now own the account
Question Are they now liable if i wish to claim a full refund for the ppi that i have no recollection of ever asking for or being advised im signing up for ?
