I ordered and paid for two sofas July '16 with a 6-10 wk lead time. After all sorts of excuses, delays and fake promises they attempted to deliver ONE sofa in January. By this time I lost all faith and cancelled the order. They've tried to deduct me a £200 cancellation fee and they still have my money!!! Anyone else managed to resolve issues with this company??

It seems you are not alone with your issue if you read these reviews

(assuming it's the same business you're referring to)
Is it this company which narrowly missed being struck off by Companies House a couple of weeks ago?
