OK well thanks for your opinion.
Probably just confirmed what I knew anyhow and that is that insurance companies and consumer credit companies are the biggest con merchants since the banks got busted.
They make there own rules to suit themselves .
Just like how they increase your renewal premium when you have a non fault accident and tell you its because your now higher risk ,even if your car was parked up empty.
Well if I do end up with a ccj it won't make any difference to me whatsoever at my age .
I don't do credit cards or any other forms of credit except the fact I pay insurance monthly and have to use these criminals.
If I do end up paying it will be the least possible for the longest time possible.
The justice system is just like the government, outdated
