G E Money PPI

HI
I have been going through some old paperwork in the cupboard and come across aloan I tool ou with igroup (now GE Capitol). I took there PPI which amounted to £1200. I have read some posts from back in 2013 but nothing of late. Is this because people have been more successful (hope)or give up. I have received a letter today saying GE Capitol are looking into the claim has it any chance.
