Voluntary Termination

Hey, just looking for some advice on VT of a PCP agreement. Have sent a letter to Merecedes to start the process but they are now requesting we fill in their forms, which I have been advised I don't need to do. Can you help?

As I understand it there is no reason to sign their form, indeed it may contain items that reduce the protection you have. There is a template letter on the forum for VT
