First thig I know is I have a liability order from a debit collector prior to that I have no correspondence paid it in full same day however if I had known it was in arrears I would have caught it immediately, my q , the council cant just take out this order without informing me ? i have paid £80 costs for nothing how can this be right .
They say they wrote to me but when I asked to see proof they said they don't have any .
