notice of enforcement
good morning everyone I have posted on here before about this case but I lost all my details
briefly court writ issued by derby court the original amount was for under 600 pound if I remember [the person concerned never did the job properly which is why he never got played] any how the sum got bumped up by 60 pound for costs which I have since learned the reason for was so he could instruct the enforcement team to act which I was told by some very helpful people on here they would I tried several times to contact the court got no replay in fact got no reply to email either
so they arrived [enforcement team[ in fact I met them on the road by such time they had done a p.n.c check on my old car.
however I spoke to this guy [there were 2] agreed to pay they said they had come because I had stuff to what I had said don't get me wrong I begrudge paying this idiot every penny because of my own stupid actions its cost 1,258.37 so I got totally fed up had some tax back so I payeed the amount owing which I did think was 460.00 however I have over payed by about 25.00 I have left messages as I would like the ccj removed and I would like my money refunding they wont answer the phone
any ideas ?
