Sent prove it letters and need advice

Hi,

I have received 2 letters from lowell chasing debts one mobile phone account and one credit card account that dont belong to me, I have sent 2 prove it letters and they have sent what looks like that they've printed out themselves with just account numbers and transactions and have not sent any credit agreements, so I need help with the next step any advice would be great.
