Hello everybody, I recently received a Letter before action from Kearns solicitors. I responded too this by asking them too send me documents, they put the case on hold and recently they have sent the required documents, although, the credit agreement does not have my signature on it ,but instead a box that is ticked, but there is no signature from me on it at all. I am wondering will this be enough for them too continue too court proceedings, or should I write back requesting a signed document.Thank you in advance Everyone and Happy new year too ya all.

Who Kearns client please?
Can you please post copies of what you have received as it is hard to tell if the alleged agreement is enforceable. Please remove any personal data first.
If you need help posting the documents I'm sure @Kati will be able you.

Re: Cpr 31.14 request
Hi Nem, thank you for the response, I have scanned 2 pages from there correspondence, the first page is a list of the documents they have sent me and the 2nd one is the credit agreement page, there clients are IDR finance ltd, for some reason I cannot find there first letter that they sent me but i remember it was headed" letter before action" .I would prefer not too gamble with a potential court judgement, but i,m wondering how a tick in a box can be accepted as proof. Thanks again Nem [IMG] [/IMG[IMG]]Hi [/IMG]
