Hi all,
This is my first post and was after some quick advice.....
My partner received a CCJ claim form from Northampton Court re: Lowell credit card debt.
We completed the Acknowledge of Service and sent a CPR18 template letter to Lowell Solicitors - to which they have responded acknowledging our letter and advised they have requested a copy of the credit agreement, default notice and statements and will forward these to us upon receipt.
I was just wondering what the next step was? I read somewhere we should also be sending our defence to the court, based on them not being able to provide evidence of the original credit agreement, is this right and is there a template?
We completed the Acknowledge of Service on the 16th January so we are running out of time.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
