  • Pcp finishing early

Hi everyone. New to this forum. We have 2 cars on pcp. One for me and one Is my sons. The problem is we have now had them over 1.5 years but no longer want to keep them running as my son has a job out of the country and I am emigrating too.
My son called the finance company who told him he still had £2500 to pay until he was able to return the car! Is this correct please?

    Re: Pcp finishing early

The law does not require you to pay 50% before you can terminate, you can terminate any time before the final payment becomes due. It just means you are liable for the remaining amount that makes up the 50%
If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you
