Is a "Strike Out" and "Judgement Set Aside" the same?

Hi All,

Am i right in thinking the below?

- "Strike out" is where you would request the court to have the proceedings "striked" out before a CCJ has been issued?

and

- "Judgement set aside" would be where a CCJ has been issued against a defendant and you apply for this to be set aside?
