Hi. I've very recently started to contact some of my creditors (mostly DCA's) asking them to provide a copy of the CCA documentation relevant to the account in the hope they won't be able to provide it. Although I've seen a lot of guidance on how to proceed with CCA requests / responses I'm not especially confident in dealing with this and other aspects of my overall debt.
Are there any reputable companies who would help me on a case-by-case basis in managing action with DCA's please? Or are the likes of National Debtline a viable option? I have around 20 old credit accounts in all and wondered if National Debtline would be a suitable option for what I think will be extensive action over a number of months when dealing with each DCA.
